Our facility is in Cedar Grove, NC.

Our hours are from 7am - 5pm & 6pm - 7pm, Mon - Sun.

We ask that you not plan on dropping off or picking up your pet between the hour of 5-6 pm. This is reserved for dinner time. Any pup not getting picked up from daycare by 5pm will be charged a $5 fee. Any pup not getting picked up from boarding the day of departure by 7pm will be charged another night’s stay.

Please bring their own food with feeding instructions marked clearly on the bag or container. You will also need to bring any medications they will need to take while staying here with written instructions of when and how they take it. Occasionally we ask that owners bring a crate for their pup if he/she is crate trained if it is a particularly busy time. We have everything else they’ll need.

Please let us know if your pup has any allergies or digestive conditions. We use treats during play and want to make sure your pup is well cared for.

All charges will be collected at time of booking reservation. If you cancel 24 hours before booking begins, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a refund of the entire booking except 1 day. It takes this long to fill the spot.
